Champion Educational Organization was formed in around 2018 in Taiwan by an eclectic group of English language teachers, researchers, and authors. After working for decades in the teaching industry and seeing lackluster results across the board, the team behind Champion
Educational Organization decided to take action –
we saw a need, and we addressed it.
VISION
One of the major downsides of using English language-learning materials published by the largest publishers in the industry is that the teams behind the books are often extremely knowledgeable in theories relating to second language acquisition, yet lack experience in the
classroom.
For those with classroom experience, their time spent in the classroom is often limited, or was acquired decades ago.
Another issue that often occurs is as follows: the authors of uninspired or mediocre learning materials frequently pay a fee and use the name of the large publisher as a crutch to prop up
their books of a dubious nature. Finally, having been in the industry for decades, larger publishers also tend to “play it safe”, releasing or minutely revising books that are proven to
be a good seller, despite flaws in content and methodology. Simply put, such books are guaranteed to sell well to educational institutions and learning centers, though the content is outdated and does not address the needs of today’s learners.

Although likely apocryphal, the above quote has been attributed to the great Albert Einstein. A diverse group of qualified educators with a variety of backgrounds spanning multiple countries across the globe, with multiple decades of teaching experience, we realized that the reason
many students are finding it difficult to acquire proficiency in a foreign language is because we keep using the same outmoded books and ideas by profit-driven companies, the largest players in the industry.
